Could you be the full-time onsite Signaling Project/Program Configuration and Change Manager in Pittsburgh, PA, US we're looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your meticulous project management and configuration expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dedicated, collaborative, and innovative teammates. You'll ensure the seamless management of technical data for all components critical to project execution, guaranteeing that each part is accurately represented in the project's PLM and ERP systems with the necessary properties, ready for timely manufacturing and purchasing processes. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (such as Engineering, Procurement, and Manufacturing), streamline project data workflows, and much more.

We'll look to you for:




  • Overseeing the accuracy and timely updating of product data within PLM and ERP systems,



  • Implementing configuration management practices to maintain data integrity throughout the project lifecycle,



  • Leading change management processes to incorporate modifications and updates effectively,



  • Coordinating with procurement and manufacturing departments to align project timelines and parts availability,



  • Facilitating communication between project stakeholders regarding configuration and change matters,



  • Identifying potential risks associated with parts data management and developing mitigation strategies

  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field,



  • Experience or understanding of project management within a technical environment,



  • Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems,



  • Familiarity with Signaling or Railway industry standards and practices,



  • Leadership potential to guide and influence project stakeholders
