Accounts Receivable Representative I Job Locations

Overview The successful candidate will be responsible for processing accounting policy functions, answering incoming questions via phone or chat, and supporting both internal and external customers. Provide resolutions by utilizing company policies and product knowledge while making quick and accurate decisions. Responsibilities Responsibilities:
1.Ensure successful processing of insurance premium payments. 2.Generate premium refund batches for multiple policy types. 3.Successfully review and issue premium refunds in a specified timeframe. 4.Assists agents, insureds, and underwriters with complex policy dispute functions. 5.Error free data entry to ensure premium or commission processing is accurate. 6.Process adjustments and perform account reconciliations. 7.Perform standard policy maintenance requests. 8.Generate and review daily reports within policy system. 9.Provide excellent customer service to clients. 10.Research and resolve payment or commissions discrepancies. 11.Follows established corporate and department policies and procedures. 12.May be required to work overtime as assigned. 13.Keeps current with market trends and demands. 14.Performs other functionally related duties as assigned. Qualifications: Required: *2-3 years accounts receivable experience. *Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. *Strong written and verbal communication skills. *Customer Service experience. *Ability to operate scanning equipment. *Due to nature of this role, physical presence in the office is required. Preferred: *Insurance experience is preferred.
