As anAdministrative Associate -with Sentara, you will work in the Outpatient Physical Therapy Centers. This position's primary duties include positively identifying the patient, collecting demographic and insurance information, scheduling and point of arrival reception. This role allows you to work with both clinical and non-clinical staff and requires excellent customer service skills.
