Senior Financial Analyst (Flex Office/Home)

Responsibilities:
*Leads in the planning and development of complex and/or strategic analysis used by business partners and divisional leadership.
*Represents the division in presentation of analyses to divisional leadership on a regular basis and occasionally to executive leadership.
*Utilizes advanced modeling techniques to appropriately analyze the financial and growth implications of various solutions.
*Uses advanced data mining and statistical techniques to find relationships in data to drive decisions.
*Researches, designs, and develops more complex and comprehensive management reports as requested for all levels of management.
*Works with divisional leadership to determine and develop appropriate metrics to assess performance and identify opportunities to improve business results.
*Actively participates as the financial expert and represents Finance on critical cross-functional teams.

Requirements:
*Preferred skills include: CPA or MBA, IT background, Workday Financials, and Oracle Planning

*Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service
*Demonstrated experience in financial statement and management reporting.
*Demonstrated experience with complex financial and operational analysis.
*Extensive knowledge and understanding of forecasting techniques, statistical analysis, data modeling, and data mining.
*Extensive knowledge and understanding of insurance accounting and operations.

This is a hybrid role that involves working a minimum of 10 days per month in the office. Work locations for this role include: Madison, WI; and Boston, MA.
