Job Duties and Responsibilities Dana Incorporated is seeking to fill Manufacturing Engineering positions for the 2025 Spring, Summer, and Fall at our manufacturing facility in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. This is a great opportunity to develop your technical skills by working alongside Dana's engineers in the completion of departmental oriented tasks, projects, and assignments. Qualifications Enrollment & active pursuit of a Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Engineering Specific majors: Mechanical, Manufacturing, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, Metallurgical, Computer Software, Electrical or Mechatronics, Information Technologies program. * Proven work experience, strong analytical ability, & excellent mechanical aptitude. * Self-directed & motivated individual with great organizational skills. * Willing to do multiple assignments. * Good oral & written communication skills. * Must be able to interface in a team environment. * Troubleshoot manufacturing issues. * Assist with manufacturing process improvements. * Participate in quality review and corrective action implementation. IT Duties & Responsibilities * Provide support to troubleshoot computer hardware, Windows Operating Systems, hardware malfunctions. * Perform onsite trouble shooting, hardware installation and repair/malfunction/configuration damage. * Perform installs, moves, adds and changes of computers, peripheral devices, and network components. * Regularly conduct preventative maintenance inspections of workstations and network equipment at to proactively maintain efficient system performance and maintain a clean and professional work environment. * Setting up or configuring home printers to work with Dana provided laptops. * Assist in submission, monitoring (escalation where necessary) and resolution of Service Desk Tickets.
