Boise Cascade has an exciting opening for a Millwork Administrative Technician focusing on safety. Please review the responsibilities and needed qualifications below and apply today! $22 per hour starting pay.

Responsibilities

  • Completes, organizes and coordinates data, information, and activities for the functional area and / or cross-functional areas.
  • Keep PPE inventory and replenish as necessary.
  • Maintain up to date OSHA Policy binders.
  • Book safety events such as annual audiograms, noise level surveys, CRP, AED, First aid training, act.
  • Role may require specific knowledge of functional area processes, procedures, products, policies and programs.
  • Duties may include compiling information, writing, editing, proofreading documents and reports; answering mail and phone inquiries; filing and data entry.
  • Role may prepare briefs, outlines, agendas, and presentations from publications, regulations, and documents.
  • Responsive to internal and external customer needs.
  • Demonstrate strong commitment to safety, quality, environmental awareness, and continuous process improvement.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: HS Diploma, GED, or two (2) years equivalent work experience. Office environment with minimal physical exertion.

Preferred Qualifications: Typically more than three (3) years of experience in related job function. Role may require technical certification, or associates degree.
