Work Hours/ Shift/ Remote	Must be willing and able to work any assigned shift ranging from first, second, or third shift. Work schedule may be Monday to Friday, Tuesday to Saturday, or some combination thereof based on business needs.
Responsibilities/ Accountabilities	Assign and schedule work tasks with other facility technicians in a team-oriented environment and perform initial evaluations of building systems and distribute work assignments. Coordinate and follow up on preventative maintenance on refrigeration units, plumbing, electrical, overhead doors, and any other mechanical systems. Coordinate and assist in repairs involving basic electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. Review and maintain maintenance logs and all documentation necessary to the completion of a task. Instruct team in how to dispose of hazardous materials in accordance with established OSHA procedures. Conducting research on new technologies in order to develop efficient designs for new HVAC systems Providing technical support to other engineers within a company regarding projects or issues related to HVAC systems Designing, constructing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and commercial buildings Analyzing building plans to determine the number of HVAC units required for each room or floor of a building Evaluating customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions Determining the best location for installing HVAC equipment in a building Coordinating with contractors to ensure that new installations meet building codes and are completed on time Working with contractors to ensure that existing HVAC systems are operating properly Inspecting equipment such as chillers, boilers, air handling units, and refrigeration equipment
Education Qualifications	Bacheloras degree in engineering or similar discipline is required.
Experience	Minimum three (3) years of direct work experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred.
Skills/ Competencies	Advanced skills with Auto-CAD, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Access, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Explorer) Strong analytical skills and proven organizational ability and attention to detail is a must be a self-starter, proactive, flexible, and deadline-focused Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines Ability to think analytically, apply sound judgment, and solve problems Strong command over written and verbal English is required.
