Summary of Job Description:

The Property Management (PM) Project Analyst works on special projects for the Property Management team. This position supports the planning, implementation, and monitoring of Property Management and Lease Compliance projects. The Project Analyst gathers and analyzes data, tracks project progress, reviews lease contracts to ensure compliance, and provides insights and summaries to business partners. This position works closely with the Property Managers, Auditors and Lease Administrators to deliver successful outcomes for its business partners.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all phases of property management projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and in accordance with specifications.
  • Prepare and review status reports, ad-hoc reports and analyses as needed, while organizing and maintaining project information and ensuring creation of up-to-date project documentation.
  • Accurately abstracts critical lease documents into standardized formats, ensuring clarity and completeness of critical information, identifying trends, and resolving issues
  • Contribute to Improving systems and procedures for effective project management.
  • Provide general Property Management administrative support, including but not limited to, daily administrative tasks, supporting Property Managers, and assisting in special projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in real estate with emphasis on lease administration
  • Minimum three years of relevant experience required
  • NRTA course completion post hire
  • Successful completion of annual store training

Pay Range: P2: $72,500-$101,500

* Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.

While performing duties, counter areas are often hot with steam from steam table and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods of time. Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use Chinese cook knife and other kitchen equipment and work quickly without losing accuracy. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours and reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches to serve customers. Kitchens are hot and noise levels are usually high; storage space is limited and shelving is high. Employees must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment, have effective verbal communication skills, ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities, and the ability to manage conflicts/difficult situations.
