In this role you will support the development and execution of AMFAM Customer Communication Programs and Automations. You will play a hands-on role in building customer journeys and data automations in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and contributing to the management and support of the customer lifecycle journey, including but not limited to the deployment of new triggered campaigns and highly personalized multi-channel programs to enhance customer experiences.
Position Compensation Range: Pay Rate Type: SalaryCompensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates. Primary Accountabilities * Develop and implement integrated marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform Required Experience: * Experience designing and leading the development and execution of personalized direct communication programs at scale through email channel and other inbound and outbound channels. * Good to have experience working Salesforce Data Cloud Zero ETL strategies using Salesforce Data Cloud, Salesforce Connect, and other native tools like Salesforce External Objects and Streaming API to eliminate the need for traditional ETL pipelines.
