Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing, public relations, or related discipline; advanced degree advantageous. Experience Three to five years of relevant experience in a communications role. Experience with employee events is preferred. Experience working within a mid-size to large corporate or non-profit setting is preferred. Location This position will be located at RAND's Arlington, Virginia office. This position is eligible for RAND's hybrid work environment, which enables a blend of on-site and remote work. On-site presence is required three days per week; specific on-site days will vary based on employee events schedule. Writing Sample Required Candidates are required to submit samples of their work that demonstrate their writing skills and ability to create internal communication products.Writing samples may include intranet or web copy, corporate social media content, posters or flyers, or PowerPoint presentations. Salary Range:$73,700 - 109,400 RAND considers a variety of factors when formulating an offer, including, but not limited to, the specific role and associated responsibilities; a candidate's work experience, education/training, skills, and expertise; and internal equity.
