About the team

Our Product and Technology teams are the Worldpayers behind the game-changing products and digital experiences we're best known for. Striving for better, they never stand still - delivering impactful innovations that power transactions across the world.

As part of an Agile team, you'll lead and manage the Launchpad platform, which is an online partner lead generation tool, providing the widest reach to new merchants enabling them to sign up and enjoy all the incredible products Worldpay provides. This team has a strong collaborative relationship with senior leadership, stakeholders, project managers, developers, and other colleagues from distributed platforms with the capability to liaise between various Lines of Business.

What you'll own

  • Team Leadership and Development - Lead, mentor, and manage QA managers, ensuring continuous skill development and high performance.
  • Implement performance management frameworks, including clear performance objectives, regular performance reviews and career development plans to build a high performing team.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that promotes open communication, knowledge sharing and professional growth.
  • Develop and Implement QA Strategies - Design and enforce quality assurance policies, processes, and best practices to ensure product reliability and compliance.
  • Responsibility for aspects of platform with multiple integrations (both external and internal) with targeted improvements.
  • Main point of contact for a platform working with the existing team to establish a relationship and integrate them into the QA organization
  • Creation and ownership of platform ways of working with the requirement to constantly review and improve.
  • Take on ownership of additional platform processes and work with colleagues to ensure we have commonality, and they remain fit for purpose.

Worldpay is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $123,810.00 - $207,980.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
