Leads the design, development, and execution of change management strategies for complex enterprise-wide initiatives. Provides expert guidance on change management methodologies and best practices. Collaborates with stakeholders to understand their needs and perspectives related to change. Develops and delivers change management plans, and partners with communications and training. Conducts impact analyses to assess the potential effects of change on different stakeholder groups. Supports leaders in effectively communicating and engaging their teams throughout the change process. Develops and implements mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives.

Position Compensation Range: $97,000.00 - $164,000.00Pay Rate Type: SalaryCompensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates. Responsibilities:
Requirements: * Prosci, ACMP or other change management certification/designations preferred. * Experience in the Insurance industry a plus, but not required. This is a hybrid role that involves working a minimum of 10 days per month in the office. Work locations for this role include: Madison, WI.
