Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Total Rewards team with day-to-day requests, finance reporting, and global training/communications.
• Serve as a central resource for Total Rewards Leads in each region, ensuring coordination and consistency.
• Assist with the annual year-end compensation planning cycle, ensuring data integrity, system testing, and reporting.
• Proactively identify and streamline processes within the Total Rewards team, documenting workflows and procedures.

What We're Looking For:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of compensation experience, preferably in a large, multinational, publicly traded organization.
• Technical Skills: Advanced MS Excel skills and experience with Workday preferred.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptability: Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
