Parametrix is looking for a Construction Inspector Intern to support our growing team across Tacoma, Puyallup, Bremerton, and Seattle. This is an exciting opportunity for students interested in construction management, civil engineering, or related fields to gain hands-on experience in the field.

You Will:

• Help inspect construction projects to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards
• Support documentation efforts by maintaining records, reports, and photos of project progress
• Partner with experienced inspectors and engineers to learn field inspection techniques
• Communicate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to help resolve construction issues
• Gain exposure to several types of transportation and infrastructure projects

You Have:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management or a related field
• Interest in fieldwork, construction inspection, and infrastructure projects
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to document findings accurately
• Willingness to work in an outdoor construction environment
• Ability to travel locally to project sites

Compensation Information: Hourly rate for this position is in the range of $24-30/hour.

Compensation is determined by factors such as education, experience, location, and role. We conduct an equity review for all positions. We value transparency in salary discussions and look forward to sharing more about our compensation structure and the benefits of being an employee-owner.
