Job Scope:

The Treasury Analyst I is an entry-level professional responsible for supporting the daily treasury operations, cash management, and financial analysis functions within Diasorin Diagnostics. This role will assist in liquidity management, banking relationships, financial risk mitigation, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The Treasury Analyst I will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient financial processes, optimize cash flow, and support treasury-related projects that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:




  • Cash & Liquidity Management:

    • Monitor and record daily cash balances and propose necessary transfers to ensure adequate funding for business operations.
    • Assist in managing short-term investments and debt obligations in alignment with treasury policies.


  • Banking & Payment Operations:

    • Support bank account administration, including account setup and signatory management.
    • Assist in processing electronic payments, wire transfers, and treasury settlements while ensuring compliance with internal controls.


  • Treasury Reporting & Analysis:

    • Prepare treasury reports and cash position summaries to support decision-making.
    • Assist in generating reports for senior management regarding foreign exchange exposure, interest rates, and financial risk assessments.


  • Financial Risk & Compliance:

    • Support treasury compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to corporate policies and regulatory guidelines.
    • Assist in executing foreign exchange (FX) transactions and hedging strategies to mitigate financial risk.


  • Treasury Systems & Process Improvement:

    • Participate in process improvement projects to enhance treasury efficiency and automation.


  • Interdepartmental Collaboration:

    • Work closely with accounting, finance, and tax teams to align treasury operations with broader corporate objectives.
    • Assist in responding to internal and external audits related to treasury activities.


  • Ad Hoc Projects & Support:

    • Support treasury-related initiatives, including M&A transactions, capital structure optimization, and working capital improvements.
    • Conduct research on financial trends, interest rates, and market developments to inform treasury strategies.





Education, Experience and Qualifications:




  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • CTP or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certification is a plus.
  • 0-2 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or banking.
  • Internship or experience in a multinational corporation is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with treasury management systems (TMS) and banking platforms is preferred.
  • Understanding of financial instruments, FX hedging, and cash flow forecasting is preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the treasury and finance function.
