Dates: May 19 - July 31, 2025 SNIP is an early workforce recruitment initiative offered by Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital for senior nursing students completing their last two semesters of an accredited nursing program. SNIP provides aspiring nurses unique opportunities to earn premium pay while working as Nursing Students in our acute care facility that is nationally recognized as a Magnet-designated hospital, and a Level III Trauma Center. In addition to shadowing experiences, participants will be working in the Patient Care Technician role on a variety of units two days a week. Requirements: Must be currently enrolled in an accredited professional Nursing (RN) program within 2 semesters of graduation. BLS required. Resume required at time of application.
