Role Overview:

The Chief of Staff is an appointed officer leadership role responsible for shaping the strategic direction of the organization while also providing high-level support to the Head of the Field Productivity Value Stream. This position works in tandem with the Field Productivity Value Stream COO and plays a crucial role in ensuring that the organization's long-term goals align with its day-to-day operations. This role requires excellent decision-making ability, superior organizational knowledge, independent decision making, and strong relationships across the company.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop, implement, and refine the organization's initiatives in collaboration with Field Productivity executive leadership, working closely with cross-functional teams and department heads ensuring alignment with the company's mission and vision.
  • Lead the development and preparation of reports and presentations to a variety of audiences. Lead planning efforts and manage agendas for meetings (staff, Town Halls, and leadership meetings).
  • Monitor progress toward strategic goals and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful implementation.
  • Assist the Head of the Field Productivity Value Stream in decision-making and prioritization of tasks, ensuring efficient use of senior executive time.
  • Manage sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred).
  • Detail oriented with exceptional analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills, including the ability to effectively contribute across multiple teams and disciplines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Outstanding PowerPoint/presentation software skills.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and execute on work within a dynamic, fast-face environment, demonstrating strong leadership skill with the ability to inspire and empower others.
  • Detail oriented with exceptional analytical capabilities, including the ability to effectively contribute across multiple teams and disciplines.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience in managing and developing teams and in using cross-functional influence to sway outcomes.

Pay Transparency

Salary Range:$145,000-$215,000

Overtime eligible:Exempt

Discretionary bonus eligible:Yes

Sales bonus eligible:No

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
