We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Urologist with a focus on Urogynecology and Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery (URPS)and Neuro-Urology to join our team at Jefferson Einstein Medical Center Philadelphia.

Position Overview:

  • Full-time faculty position within the Einstein Urology Residency Program (3 residents per year).
  • Academic appointment through Sidney Kimmel Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University.
  • Multidisciplinary collaboration, including opportunities to teach OB-GYN residents.
  • Active participation in resident and medical student education and clinical research programs.
  • Established patient panel with wait times exceeding 40 days.
  • Provide specialized care in urogynecology, female urology, female pelvic reconstruction and neuro-urology, including treatment for pelvic floor disorders, incontinence, and voiding dysfunction.
  • Perform in-office procedures, including cystoscopy, vasectomy, and urodynamics.
  • Participate in inpatient rounding.
  • Dedicated OR block time, with access to robotics.
  • Work alongside a team of 6 urologists, 15 residents, 3 APCs, and 22 staff.

Minimum Requirements:

  • MD/DO from an accredited medical school.
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited Urology Residency Program.
  • Fellowship training in Urogynecology and Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery (URPS) or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Board Certification/Eligibility in Urology (ABS).
  • Eligible for a Pennsylvania medical license and DEA registration.
