Ardent Mills Intern Opportunity with the Ardent Mills Crop Innovation Team Intern Position: Remote, part time, 14 weeks Project Title: Crop Innovation Project Discovery and Marketing Claim Evaluation Role: As a Crop Innovation Intern, you will have the opportunity to assist business leaders in creating long-term company value through variety evaluations, trait assessments, and evaluations of marketing claims. Typical project work is centered around data analysis, critical literature reviews and overall support of project goals. Additionally, this role will work with the business leaders to support growth objectives and long-term strategies. Project Overview: The Crop Innovation team at Ardent Mills is working to uncover compelling genetic solutions for wheat, pulses, and alternative grains. Through plant breeding, the Ardent Mills Crop Innovation team aims to develop new varieties of specific crops to achieve end use quality, nutritional, and functional characteristics that create value for Ardent Mills customers. To support our team in conducting discovery work for several projects and validating marketing claims. Discovery work includes critical evidence reviews for target crop traits. Marketing claim work includes validation of statements and feedback.
