Location: Remote (Preferred EST; CST or PST accepted). Local candidates in MA preferred for monthly onsite visits.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Quality Analyst 4 to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional with a robust background in Quality Control (QC), Regulatory filings, and Data Verification, who has held supervisory or management-level responsibilities. The position offers remote flexibility, with a preference for candidates who can periodically attend monthly onsite meetings in MA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee QC processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Manage data verification activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy across all quality control operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on regulatory filings to meet compliance requirements.
• Supervise or guide QC Analysts and lab personnel, fostering a culture of quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct internal and external lab audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Monitor and ensure alignment with FDA, ISO, or other relevant regulatory bodies.
• Act as a liaison between laboratory and non-laboratory functions to streamline QC and regulatory processes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of QC experience in a laboratory setting.
• Proven experience in a supervisory, managerial, or director-level role.
• Demonstrated proficiency in regulatory filings and documentation.
• Combination of in-lab and external lab experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of data verification and adherence to quality systems.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead with a problem-solving mindset.
• Familiarity with quality standards and regulatory compliance requirements in the life sciences or healthcare industry.

Preferred:

• Based in MA with the ability to attend monthly onsite meetings.
• Candidates in EST time zone preferred; CST or PST will be considered if aligned with the required responsibilities and work schedule.
