How You'll Make an Impact

• Design and develop Power BI architecture for over 2,000 users.
• Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure operational data availability.
• Create frameworks for functional specifications, report development, and user testing.
• Establish processes for user access management and shared reporting.
• Mentor and perform peer reviews for less experienced BI Analysts.
• Implement new standards, technologies, and tactical solutions.
• Educate colleagues on data flows and report development.
• Provide frequent project updates to leadership and manage timelines.

Your Background

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, data science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, and data analysis using Power BI.
• Strong communication skills and experience in designing and implementing BI solutions.
• Proven ability to gather business data requirements and work with end users.
• Experience in identifying new data requirements and reporting mechanisms.
• Independent worker with the ability to manage projects and collaborate effectively.
