In this role, you will gather and capture information from various sources (Computer systems, internal personal contacts, external supplier contacts) and format the data for loading into SAP.

This is a critical support role for the Spare Parts Provisioning Specialist.

Required Skills / Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to multitask with highly detailed information

  • Accuracy is critical

  • Strong Excel database skills required to populate large volumes of parts information into SAP load files (Vlookups and Pivot Tables)

  • Ability to run Excel programs to quality check data prior to loading into SAP

  • Basic SAP skills

  • Experience in finding documents in OpenText

  • Ability to change priorities as necessary

  • Willing to learn all areas of Provisioning and grow in the position

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Obtain equipment and spares parts information from SAP, OpenText, Engineers, Project Technicians and Suppliers

  • Determine if parts are already defined in SAP by utilizing the Global Catalog in Qliksense

  • Fill out hardgoods request forms with obtained information to request new or extend SAP Material Master part numbers

  • Work in web-app database to generate Maintenance Bill of Material information for loading into SAP

  • Interface with Digital Technology to maintain, improve, and enhance web-based application used within the organization

  • Work closely with the Provisioning Specialist team members for direction and to perform miscellaneous information gathering tasks.

  • 1 - day per week focus on order follow-up for all MMA Provisioning Requisitions. Follow-up to include Purchase Order Confirmations and Past Due shipments

Minimum Hiring Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience is required

  • Associate's degree is preferred but not required

  • Experience with SAP

  • Proficiency in Excel
