Responsibilities

Are you a compassionate leader with a flair for creating positive vibes? We're on the hunt for a dynamic Residential Supervisor to lead our amazing team of Care Coordinators (CCs) and oversee our vibrant clinical residence! In this exciting role, you'll play a key part in crafting a safe, comfortable, and nurturing environment where our clients can thrive. Let's make a difference together!

Key Responsibilities:

Empower Your Team: Be the cheerleader your CCs need! Provide regular observation, feedback, coaching, and training to help them shine and grow in their roles.

One-on-One Support: Host weekly "power-up" sessions with each CC to support their professional development and tackle any challenges head-on.

Team Collaboration: Organize and lead monthly CC meetings to celebrate wins, share ideas, and deliver training that boosts staff development. Let's keep the energy high!

Accountability Champion: Keep the team on track by holding CCs accountable for their daily tasks and responsibilities. Together, we'll keep things running smoothly!

On-the-Floor Support: Be the go-to person during escalations or challenging situations, providing hands-on support and encouragement when it's needed most.

Quality Assurance: Perform daily audits of operational checklists to ensure we're hitting all the right notes in compliance and quality. Let's keep it top-notch!

Team Player: Join in on weekly Treatment Team Meetings to share action plans and relevant client info with CCs. Collaboration is key!

Parent Liaison: Be the friendly face for parents, answering programming questions, addressing concerns, and providing updates-especially during those crucial first 72 hours of a client's stay.

Engagement Facilitator: Work with clinical staff to plan fun family days and enhance client engagement. Let's build a supportive community together!

Crisis Management: Step up in crisis situations with confidence, providing milieu support for both clients and staff to ensure everyone feels safe and supported.

Community Builder: Facilitate weekly community meetings that foster a supportive atmosphere and encourage open communication. Let's create a family vibe!

Group Leader: Lead group sessions that inspire discussion and personal growth among clients. Your energy will make all the difference!

Program Development: Collaborate with the Residential Manager and Director to develop and maintain a lively weekly program schedule that keeps everyone engaged and excited.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in human services, counseling, psychology, or social work preferred or working towards the same OR
  • State approved credential OR
  • Minimum one year of experience working with young adults and families with co-occurring disorders
  • Minimum of one year of experience working in a lead, supervisory or management role preferred

The salary range for this position is $68,640.00-$75,000.00 annually based on education and experience.
