The Director of Workforce Strategy will play a pivotal role in crafting the future of our workforce by developing, implementing, and driving strategies that align the workforce with the organization's overall business objectives. This individual will focus on driving alignment and strategies for how the organization evolves its workforce including the shape / levels of the organization, the on-shore / off-shore / near-shore mix, and employee versus contractor mix The individual will partner with our Strategy organization and Alliances organization to evolve how we work with partners looking at partnership, co-delivery, outsourcing, and staff-aug strategies The position will focus mostly on the Professional Services delivery resource strategy. The individual will work as part of our Global Resource Management organization partnering across the business, strategy, leadership, Employee Success, and operations to drive workforce strategy and translate that strategy into execution. The individual will play a key role in capacity planning efforts helping to advance our predictive capabilities. The individual will be a key player in looking at how AI will change our workforce. The individual should be comfortable contributing as an individual contributor bringing matrix teams together from across the organization and also as a people leader with the ability to influence outcomes and build consensus. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Professional Services, workforce planning, data-driven decision-making, resource management, and partnership strategies. The individual will focus on creative solutioning - balancing deep global professional services expertise at scale ($500M+) with significant experience working with offshore teams alongside a strong desire to use AI to do things differently.
