The Smart Component Specialist/ Outside Sales serves as liaison between Rockwell Automation and Codale for all the Smart Component business.

What You'll Do:




  • Domain expert around Smart Components business and continuously build competency





  • Describe and apply the fundamentals of industrial components, motor control, sensors, safety portfolio, condition monitoring, and machine level control in manufacturing environments





  • Able to identify and demonstrate technology solutions for customer applications





  • Strong presentation skills in group and individual settings



  • Supports internal customers with technical quotes per requirements



  • Customer-centric, professionally represents self



  • Honest and fair in dealings with others



  • Ability to manage issue to resolution while providing positive customer experience



  • Outcome-based selling experience with an understanding of industrial business drivers



  • Travel to customers within assigned geography



  • Develop, maintain, and nurture relationship with Codale partner Rockwell Automation




What You'll Bring:



  • Ability to manage multiple partner and customer relationships while achieving outcomes

  • Ability to speak with customers, demonstrating technical expertise while instilling confidence and credibility



  • Strong background in technical sales, preferred



  • TUV or Exida certification/familiarization, preferred



  • Experience with Office 365 Suite



  • High proficiency with Excel, preferred



  • Ability to grow and maintain relationship with any individual, irrespective of the background and type of personality
