Salary: $125,000-$155,000 salary

Job Summary

Overview: Levy is seeking a high-caliber VP of Strategic Growth for its dynamic Business and Partnership development efforts to lead a dedicated team of storytellers, Strategic Project Managers and Innovative Partnership creators. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving net new sales and collaborating with Levy Senior Leadership to bring innovation and critical thinking to our business development and partnership process. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the sports and entertainment industry, a big four consulting approach, and a proven track record in the hospitality and/or sports space.

Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate closely with Levy Senior Leadership to drive net new sales initiatives and strategies.
* Serve as a strategic partner in collaborating with Levy Leadership to bring innovation and future thinking to the RFP process, ensuring a competitive edge and consistent wins.
* Utilize a Big Four consulting approach to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
* Lead and manage a team responsible for developing creative sales proposals and coordinating logistics for in-person presentations.
* Oversee the creation of innovative and visually appealing sales materials, leveraging expertise in marketing, sales, and graphic design.
* Act as a strong orchestrator, bringing together various groups to ensure seamless execution of sales proposals and presentations.
* Define and execute project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business needs.
* Build project teams (directly and indirectly) and actively coordinate team members to maximize productivity and project velocities.
* Communicate progress, risks, and escalations appropriately at all levels of the organization, or multiple departments, and businesses.
* Create and maintain all project documentation pertinent to the project, including but not limited to, status reports, work plans, presentations, analysis, and facilitation events.

Qualifications:
* Proven experience in sales support, marketing, graphic design, and the sports and entertainment industry within the hospitality sector.
* Strong ability to lead and manage a team effectively with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strategic thinker with a consultative approach and a creative, innovative mindset.
* Highly organized with strong project management and business analytical capabilities to solve complex business issues.
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate with senior leadership, influence, and manage external resources in a highly matrixed environment.
* Proven ability to define and execute change strategies and deliver exceptional results.
