Great opportunity to join a fantastic HR team as a Contract Recruiter in Bedminster, NJ. (1-2 month assignment)



  • Partners with hiring manager to determine staffing needs.
  • Screens resumes, interviews candidates, administers appropriate assessments and reference/background checking, makes recommendations for hire and delivers employment offers for both exempt and nonexempt position openings.
  • Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, to identify and attract quality candidates.
  • Utilizes job boards and social media to identify qualified applicants.
  • Manages internal transfer process, including screening, coordination of interviews with hiring manager, transfer offer letters, etc.
  • Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals.
  • Communicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, etc.).
  • Ensures applicant tracking system is maintained with required information



Requirements:





    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent work experience
    • A minimum of 4 years of experience as a full-cycle corporate recruiter in a high volume role with a minimum of 2 years recruiting in a bank or other financial institution
    • Familiarity with various recruitment platforms and tools as well as use of various social media platforms
    • Experience using Behavioral Based interviewing model
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
