Clinic Assistant

Nevada Community Enrichment Program (NCEP), a program of Accessible Space, Inc., is a nationally recognized, CARF-accredited neuro-rehabilitation center specializing in the treatment of brain injuries in adults, adolescents, and children. Our comprehensive, interdisciplinary approach offers cutting-edge treatment in a highly clinical, fast-paced, and rewarding environment.

At NCEP, our team of expert clinicians, many of whom are Certified Brain Injury Specialists (CBIS), work together to achieve extraordinary outcomes. Our patients engage in therapy five days per week for six hours per day, receiving intensive services that foster remarkable recoveries. In addition to our residential post-acute program, we have a brand-new state-of-the-art Concussion Clinic, where patients receive individualized treatment for up to three hours per day.

We are searching for a Full Time Clinic Assistant to join our team.

In this role, you will schedule medical, lab, or other testing appointments required for clients. Ensure appointment information is properly communicated to the clinical team. Transport and/or accompany clients to appointments or community activities as necessary. Ensure that appropriate documentation is brought to and from medical appointments. Provide the clinical team and the consulting Medical Director with appropriate information from medical appointments and encounters. Assist the Clinical Manager in tracking supplies Place orders for supplies and materials as needed. Obtain and record client medical information, such as vital signs, weight, etc.

Qualifications needed include a minimum of two years of experience working in a clinical setting. A strong medical aptitude. Understanding of medical needs and medical terminology. A valid driver's license. Strong administrative skills and a working knowledge of personal computers Strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with a diverse range of individuals and the ability to maintain and properly safeguard confidential data and information.
