Location: Member Facing - West Central (Dayton, OH)

Responsibilities:

Two different types of case loads (one working with over 60 waiver population; other will be working with the under 60 population)
Assessments face-to-face visits for maintaining safety welfare; audit their caseloads

Must Haves:

Behavioral Health and experience with working with mental health and substance abuse
