Director - Sales process and Insights role is pivotal in ensuring the effective use of Salesforce for our sellers, driving revenue growth through data-driven insights, and enhancing productivity through automation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of salesforce automation, and a passion for leveraging data to drive business success. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Product Ownership: Act as the product owner for the Salesforce system, ensuring its effective utilization by the sales team. Automation: Increase productivity by automating reports, insights, and processes related to sales cadence and drive sellers and sales leadership focus on customers. Account Segmentation and Territory Planning: Develop and implement a philosophy for account segmentation and territory planning, providing insights and tools to facilitate an efficient sales planning and performance cycle. Sales Insights : Collaborate with sales leaders and teams to understand their needs and challenges, providing solutions and support through Salesforce and data insights. Build actionable insights that drive revenue growth and enhance sales strategies. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices, ensuring the system evolves to meet changing business needs. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, IT, and Operations to ensure seamless integration and alignment of Salesforce with overall business objectives. Team Leadership: Coach, guide, and develop a high-performing team. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture. Team Building: Facilitate team-building activities and initiatives to strengthen team cohesion and morale
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field; MBA preferred. Proven experience in sales automation tool administration and customization. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. Sales background preferred. Experience in sales operations, territory planning, and account segmentation. Proficiency in automation tools and techniques to streamline processes and enhance productivity. Leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
