As Employbridge scales its Digital capabilities to the enterprise, we have a need for a strong product management veteran ready to dive in and accelerate our digital product team deliverables. We are looking for forward thinking Program and Product Operations Leader who can accelerate our focus areas such as building stronger foundational technology capabilities, deploying operational systems to our branches, employing digital transformation concepts, and leveraging disruptive technology.

The opportunity:

The Sr. Director of Digital Product Operations will serve as the inter-departmental link that drives collaboration around the product teams and will help facilitate this collaboration between different partners across the enterprise by helping to provide product insights, coaching team members to identify areas for improvement and inform business decisions and by deploying PMO best practices. This individual is a passionate product leader who enjoys evangelizing product and program management working in a highly collaborative environment.

How you will impact Employbridge:



  • Partner with product teams to drive delivery of transformative digital experiences leveraging PMO best practices.
  • Work with the Chief Transformation Office to sequence product deployments and value drops with the rest of the transformation roadmap.
  • Define/refine performance experience metrics in partnership with the data/analytics team to better measure success around the product experience.
  • Help the enterprise marketing and commercial organizations design the go to market strategy including determination of the target client audience and procedures for engagement at the product level.
  • Partner with the Product and Decision Analytics team to provide robust training and mentoring on expected outcome modeling, predictive analytics, complex financial modeling etc.
  • Engage end users across all digital platforms including search, social, display, email marketing, landing pages, and other tactics.
  • Lead team assessment effort to surface gaps in knowledge and skillsets.
  • Lead and motivate multiple cross-functional teams throughout the entire life cycle of product development, including deployment and post-deployment (internally and externally).
  • Provide status and reporting to Chief Product and Chief Transformation offices.
  • Reach across the enterprise and to external entities to build relationships and consensus that help the product success.
  • Skillfully communicate both verbally & in written presentation format with all levels of business leaders and clients.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure optimal solution delivery and healthy site operations.
  • Fuel innovation process by integrating 3rd party vendor solutions where internal solutions are not optimal.
  • Lead cross functional teams in agile ways of working.
  • Help PM's deliver differentiated products that in alignment with market trends and delight customers.



What you need to succeed:



  • Bachelors in CS, IT, or engineering. Graduate degree in science, engineering or business is a plus
  • 10+ experience in product management with expertise in building and delivering software/SaaS products
  • "Can do" attitude and passion to make customers and colleagues successful
  • Strong bias to action
  • Passion for leading teams and contributing to the career development of individuals
  • Ownership mentality with the natural inclinations to take challenges head on and deliver impact
  • Proven track record as a product manager with experience in B2B software/SaaS products
  • Demonstrated ability working across engineering, sales, commercial, legal, customer success, marketing etc.
  • Ability to straddle across strategy, technical depth, and execution in product delivery
  • Analytically minded. Strong bias towards data driven decision making mentality
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid understanding of networking, application delivery and application security concepts
  • Strong mix of creativity, digital experience, and executive presence
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including ability to inuence change without direct authority
  • Strong desire and innate ability to collaborate, with a natural curiosity and growth mindset
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, conflict management, problem solving, influencing and decision-making skills.
  • Expert knowledge of stakeholder management, risk management and organizational change management.
  • Proven track record of quickly earning trust, inspiring teams, developing resources, setting direction, and delivering results.
  • Advanced MS Office skills.
  • Travel 10% - 15%



The anticipated annual base salary for this position in the US is $218,000 to $240,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
