We are looking for a UX/CX Specialist who has a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating opportunities to constantly evolve and improve digital interactions and web content strategies. The UX/CX Specialist will deliver seamless customer experience across all stages and touchpoints in a customer journey and helping the bank continually achieve greater customer satisfaction, increased efficiency, and profitability through their digital channels. In this role, you will play a crucial role in understanding and summarizing customer needs, expectations, and pain points as they engage with the Mascoma Bank website, website content and digital products.You will collaborate with the CX Manager to build and deliver exceptional experiences for our customers that align with our brand and mission. In addition, you will work with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver against performance metrics of success and create high quality digital interactions and experiences for our customers.

A minimum of 3 year of experience in UX design, website Management, or customer service required. The successful candidate will be proficient in UX/CX practices and has experience with content strategy and content management systems including WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla. The UX/CX Specialist will have a "yes" mindset when fulfilling the needs of customers and is comfortable with changing technologies. This customer focused and data driven Individual will utilize web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, to better understand our customers. Experience with HTML, SCC, and JavaScript would be an asset to role. All Mascoma Bank team members must have the ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy!

This position can be performed hybrid within our service areas.
