The Senior Scheduler prepares, maintains, and analyzes Integrated Master Plans (IMPs) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to meet program objectives Responsibilities *Generates schedules, disseminates schedule data to the program team, aids in driving the planning process to ensure program schedules accurately reflect how the work is accomplished; and provides performance updates and related data in a format that will aid the team in making sound decisions Qualifications *Bachelor's Degree (B.S. or B.A.) Business, Engineering, or related field and 5-7 years of relevant project planning and scheduling experience; or 10-12 years of project planning and scheduling experience without a degree *Advanced proficiency in project scheduling software (MS Project) and Enterprise Resource Planning (i.e. Costpoint) data integration SKILLS Please review our benefits here: Life at OSI The specific programs and options available to any given employee may vary depending on eligibility factors such as geographic location and date of hire.
