Career Opportunity

We are looking for candidates to fill a Program Manager position in support of the AEGIS Technical Representative Professional Support Services contract in Moorestown, NJ. The Program Manager will manage services to the client and act as a liaison between the client's Contracting Officer's Representative and T-Solutions. Incidental teleworking may be available but most work will be performed at customer facilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Responsible for delivery of technical services on schedule, within budget, and in conformance with the contract. Services consist of workforce management, business finance, security operations, information technology, and cybersecurity.
  • Oversee subcontractor performance.
  • Lead efforts to plan and execute tours of customer facilities and maintain visitor briefs.
  • Facilitate customer strategic planning activities.
  • Lead efforts to plan and execute ceremonies and public communications as approved by the customer.
  • Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction with services.
  • Coordinate with HR and recruiters to execute personnel actions and staff to plan.
  • Coordinate with Finance to develop budgets, track expenditures, monitor funding, and approve invoices.
  • Coordinate with Contracts to initiate and/or accept contract modifications.
  • Monitor program performance; plan and implement responses for undesirable trends.
  • Identify risk and plan responses.
  • Prepare reports and ensure timely delivery of reports in accordance with the contract.
  • Prepare briefs on program status and present the information to the customer's leadership.
  • Lead the development of technical proposals.
  • Align activities with customer and company strategic goals.
  • Oversee daily operations and the performance of team members to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to employees, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Approve and monitor employee timesheets, ensuring accurate and timely submission for payroll processing.
  • Manage team schedules, including approving time-off requests and ensuring adequate coverage during absences.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and open communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, performance, and any disciplinary actions taken.

Travel

  • This position includes a moderate level of travel.

Education, Knowledge, Experience, Skills, and Abilities Required

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in technical or management discipline.
  • Twenty years of experience with DoD/DON programs and Industry or Government technical or business management.
  • Fifteen years of supervisory experience, including experience in communicating, interacting, and working among Senior Executive Service and Flag level personnel.
  • Knowledge of the AEGIS weapon system platform is desired.
  • Experience working in a program office or PEO at a Navy Systems Command.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or DAWIA III certification in Program Management is highly desired at start. If the candidate does not possess PMP or DAWIA at start, PMP must be obtained within six months of employment.

Qualifications

  • Active DoD Secret security clearance is highly desired; however, candidates eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance will be considered. The selected candidate will receive a contingent offer if they do not hold an active clearance. A start date will be established once an interim Secret clearance is granted.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Must maintain the capability to communicate with their manager when not in the office.

Physical Requirements

  • Sitting for long periods, standing, walking, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Reaching, handling, and using equipment, keyboards, and mobile devices.
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 20 lbs.
