Job Title: Instructional Designer

Location: San Bruno, CA

Role Type: Contract

Duration: 2 months with potential to extend

Pay: $35-$40/hr (40 hrs/week on w2)

We are seeking a proficient Instructional Designer to develop comprehensive learning paths and certifications for our clients advertising learning platform. The ideal candidate will possess thorough knowledge of online advertising and digital marketing, along with a deep understanding of our platform's specific functionalities. This role requires creating engaging, clear, and effective educational materials that enable users to maximize their learning and application of advertising strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of our learning platform, its features, and capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to develop and refine learning pathways and certifications tailored to different user segments, ensuring content accuracy and relevance.
• Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create dynamic and interactive educational content, including eCourses, videos, tutorials, and written guides.
• Regularly update and refine learning materials to keep pace with new features of the platform and evolving industry standards.
• Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of the learning paths through user feedback and performance metrics, making necessary adjustments.
• Partner with the marketing team to promote learning pathways and increase user engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in instructional design, preferably using tools like Rise360 and Intellum Evolve, and with a focus on digital marketing or online advertising education.
• A solid understanding of our platform's features and a strong commitment to becoming an expert on its functionalities.
• Proven track record of designing engaging, interactive, and impactful educational materials for diverse audiences.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong project management skills and exceptional organizational capabilities.
• Previous experience with e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems is required.
