Overview
Stellar Solutions is seeking a Strategic Content Integration Specialist to support our Civil Space Sector customers in developing and executing high-impact communication strategies. This role requires a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in internal and external communications, stakeholder engagement, and digital content management within the federal and aerospace sectors. As a key member of our communications team, you will provide strategic support across a diverse range of initiatives-from mission support and leadership communications to external public outreach and digital content management. Your efforts will drive the maturation of technology for lunar systems, human spaceflight activities, and commercial space endeavors, ensuring that messages are consistent, engaging, and aligned with agency priorities.
Role/Responsibilities/Qualifications
In this role, you will:
Provide leadership support by interfacing with top agency and mission directorate leadership on internal and external communications efforts, including speaking engagements, presentation development, messaging initiatives, mission outreach activities, and White House directives
- Lead and participate in event planning and coordination for large-scale stakeholder and outreach events in the U.S. and internationally, ensuring alignment with agency priorities
- Develop and implement comprehensive internal communication plans, fostering collaboration across Civil Space Sector customers' offices and external partners
- Serve as a primary point of contact for partnership interface and stakeholder engagement, facilitating communication between government agencies, academia, and private sector partners
- Oversee content creation and integration, including strategic plans, presentations, talking points, white papers, branding elements, and multimedia materials for various platforms (web, video, print, and social media)
- Manage and publish content on blogs, overseeing digital integration and the adoption of enterprise tools such as SharePoint, Box, and Salesforce
- Spearhead social media strategy and account management, including initial development and management of Civil Space Sector customers' accounts
- Contribute to special projects and agency campaigns
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, economics, computer science, fine arts, or related discipline
- Extensive experience in strategic content development, public outreach, stakeholder engagement, and digital content integration
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-profile communication initiatives and work collaboratively with top agency leadership
- Strong project management skills with experience handling large-scale events, multimedia production, and digital content strategies
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom Classic), Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and AI tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working within NASA or other federal agencies, supporting space exploration initiatives
- Proficiency in managing leadership social media accounts and developing digital content strategies
- Background in creative campaign development, branding, and multimedia storytelling
