Job Summary

Execution and delivery of Procurement Projects across the Business Line e.g. New work bid activity, Work Transfers, New Product Introduction (NPI).

Interface with the Site Procurement Projects teams to coordinate project activities linked with the Business Line/Programme

Coordination of the Global Commodity team and the Business Line management team to build a robust sourcing strategy for Programmes within the Business Line/Programme.

Development of strategies to achieve Business Line Procurement/Programme cost challenges. Coordination of the Commodity team to drive initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Accountable for communication with internal and external stakeholders for status of all Procurement projects linked with the Business Line/Programme
  • Accountable for the on-time delivery of all Procurement projects linked with the Business Line/Programme
  • Ensure that robust project and risk management is carried out on all Procurement projects linked with the Business Line/Programme
  • Ensure that adequate resources are in place to deliver Business Line/Programme Procurement projects within the committed timescales
  • Accountable for the completion of supplier rate readiness reviews and load and capacity activities in support of any Procurement project e.g. work transfers, NPI
  • Accountable for the development of sourcing strategies for the Business Line/Programme and alignment with the Global Commodity team
  • Accountable for the development of initiatives to achieve Procurement cost challenges aligned with Business Line/Programme expectations

Job Qualifications

Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree in a Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in Procurement or Project and/or Program Management
  • 5+ years of experience of delivering large complex projects
  • 5+ years of experience working with cross functional teams
  • US Government contracting experience
  • Must be a US Persons (US Citizen, Green Card Holder / US permanent resident, refugee or asylee) to meet export control compliance requirements
