The Senior Manager Omnichannel Strategy role, supporting Oncology, will lead the initiative to further embed omnichannel strategy and execution within the oncology franchise. This individual will excel at engaging cross-functionally (leadership, marketing, medical, patient access services and IS) to develop and execute an omnichannel plan that is fully aligned business unit and brand goals and objectives. Key skills include a solid understanding of omnichannel concepts, capabilities, technology and measurement best practices. This individual should also be motivated to maintain a strong working knowledge of the rapidly changing omnichannel marketing place and to serve as a subject matter expert to others in the organization.

Essential Functions:

  • Partner with the relevant brand teams to ensure a solid understanding of strategy especially related to promotional plans

  • Help evolve the Jazz technology landscape and roadmap to enable execution of omnichannel plans and tactics

  • Partner with brand teams and agencies to develop an omnichannel strategy, roadmap, and tactical plan. Ensure precise execution, measurement, and optimization

  • Assume lead role in cross channel campaign effectiveness (including but not limited to display, paid search, CRM, social, etc.). Improve the effectives of our omni-channel platform, including implementations of high priority connectors and reporting capabilities across HCP and consumer audiences

  • Develop website best practices. Share with brand teams and agencies; help educate new team members as they onboard

  • Partner with IT to shift to a single website platform and hosting agency. Partner in building roadmap to do the same for NPP planning, buying and execution

  • Execute on knowledge sharing, cross-training and process documentation to ensure sharing of best practices across key stakeholders

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in marketing and/or digital promotion

  • 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry

  • 5+ years of experience in consumer and/or patient/caregiver marketing and/or digital promotion

  • Prior leadership role in commercial, marketing, medical or information technology

  • Demonstrated success in managing vendor-partners including third party service providers

  • In-depth knowledge of health care practices, services, technologies, and compliance and regulatory requirements

  • Prior experience with project management, budget development and control

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners to meet a common goal

  • Demonstrated excellence in organizational and communication skills

  • Bachelor's Degree required

  • Advanced degree preferred

Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices and we strive to provide employees with total compensation packages that are market competitive. For this role, the full and complete base pay range is: $130,400.00 - $195,600.00

Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, and other pertinent factors. The goal is to ensure fair and competitive compensation aligned with the candidate's expertise and contributions, within the established pay framework and our Total Compensation philosophy. Internal equity considerations will also influence individual base pay decisions. This range will be reviewed on a regular basis.

At Jazz, your base pay is only one part of your total compensation package. The successful candidate may also be eligible for a discretionary annual cash bonus or incentive compensation (depending on the role), in accordance with the terms of the Company's Global Cash Bonus Plan or Incentive Compensation Plan, as well as discretionary equity grants in accordance with Jazz's Long Term Equity Incentive Plan.
