Siemens Building Automation Supervisor/Technician

General Info

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Four Seasons Environmental, Inc. - NIOSH: Morgantown, West Virginia

Salary: $100,000 (negotiable based on experience); plus $8.00/hr. fringe benefit

Annual Bonus: Discretionary

Hours: Monday to Friday - Morning Shift (must be on-site)

  • NIOSH - Morgantown, West Virginia: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work is required.


Job Overview:

This is a hybrid role to be the primary person responsible for the Siemens BAS as well and assist in the supervision of a maintenance staff.

We are seeking an individual who has good working knowledge of Siemens Apogee Building Automation systems. The primary location for support is in Morgantown, WV. This will be the home base for the employee. There is a secondary site in Bethel Park, PA that the person will support from time to time.

The secondary responsibility will be to help supervise the existing facilities maintenance staff.

Responsibilities:



  • Operate, troubleshoot, continually improve the existing Siemens Apogee Building Automation system.
  • There is also an existing Distech system that will eventually be transitioned to a Siemens system.
  • Support in the Supervision of the trade staff belonging to labor unions;
  • Serve as point of contact for formal discussions with the client;
  • Review business systems administration, resources, procedures, and methods to improve operational effectiveness, utility, and efficiency;
  • Prioritize work and monitor procedures, and programs;
  • Optimize cost-effectiveness and efficiency;
  • Confirm that management and contract reports are accurate before submission.
  • Other duties as assigned


Requirements:



  • Fluent in the operation, troubleshooting and minor programming of a Siemens Apogee BAS.
  • Supervisory or Management experience is a plus.
