State Farm In-House Insurance Staff Counsel is seeking a Legal Administrative Support team member to join the Shared Services Claims Litigation Counsel team. The selected competitive candidate(s) will be housed at Corporate Headquarters in Bloomington, IL and will be a part of the Medical Chronology team or the File Opening team (based on skills and experience). The most qualified candidate(s) will have the ability to prioritize workload, be detail-oriented, a team player, resourceful, work in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, be adaptable, embrace change, and learn/use technology effectively. This role provides diversity of work and the opportunity for career development. The position is classified as a hybrid role, meaning that the work arrangement calls for hours in the office and virtually. The selected individual(s) will be considered a hybrid employee, spending some time working in the office. Everyone in a hybrid role is required to spend time in the office. Work arrangements could change over time based on business needs. Incumbency Period: These positions will have a 12-month incumbency period beginning on the effective date of the position, which must be met before the employee can post for any other lateral State Farm position. Posting for promotional positions are not subject to this incumbency period. The incumbency period does not affect the at-will relationship between State Farm and the employee and does not create an employment. Location/Hours:
