* Answer 80-100 inbound calls from customers * Schedule appointments for customers to service vehicles * Make outbound calls to follow up with guests post appointment * Update customer information in internal system * Provide high level or customer service *Main Details:* *Start:* 3/04 *Pay:* $17/Hr - $18/Hr *Schedule:* Monday - Saturday 9:00am-6:00pm (Will work Saturdays) *Location: *Golden Valley, MN *Skills* Customer Service, Retail, Sales Associate, CSR, Customer service, Call center, Order entry, Sales, Inbound call, Bilingual, Data entry *Top Skills Details* Customer Service *Additional Skills & Qualifications* 2+ years of customer service experience 30 WPM High school diploma/GED Preferred: 6+ months of call center experience 6+ months of dealership experience Dealerships - Walser, Morrie's, CarMax, Superior Ford, Apple Ford, Minnesota Motor Company, Jeff Belzer, Snell Motors, Poquet Auto Sales. *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
