Job Summary:

Manages performance, operations processes for electric operation. Works actively with stakeholders and ensure compliance with regulations and company operations standards.

Essential Functions:

• Develops and implements the compliance strategy for the electric operations.
• Oversees the planning, development, implementation and oversight of processes, including determination of priorities, ensuring compliance with all stakeholders , aligning company policies.
• Support the completion of periodic risk audits, surveys.
• Coordinates on-site incident investigations to identify root cause, and provides management with detailed analysis.
• Manages the Operational Process Standardization of Policies and Procedures.
• Assists the Engineering Standards function to develop adequate documentation, including manuals and procedures, related to electric operations and system integrity.
• Identify gaps assocaitied with operational processes.
• Document Process flow and standard operational procedures.

Education Requirements:

Requires either a bachelor's degree in engineering, managerment, or a related field from an accredited college or university.

Experience:

Requires a minimum of 5 years operations and maintenance experience with subject matter expertise in at least one area of operational practices and change managerment, operations, technical procedure writing or process improvement.
