Position Summary

The Structural Production Clerk performs clerical support tasks for all structural departments.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Providing clerical support for a manufacturing department, including filing, creating documents, data entry, and answering telephone calls
• Organizing and maintaining safety and training records
• Maintaining time sheets
• Preparing departmental correspondence
• Employees are responsible for complying with all requirements of Daifuku's QMS policies and procedures.
• Employees are to ensure sustainable process outputs that drive continuous improvement to provide leading industry performance and exceptional customer satisfaction.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous clerical support or administrative experience
• MS Office skills, including knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point, Access and Outlook
• Ability to work independently with little supervision
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Team orientation
  
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed
