What success looks like in this role:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of solution architects to design innovative, scalable, and competitive solutions for new client opportunities, expansions, and renewals.
- Drive the strategic solutioning process by working closely with bid teams, operations, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with client needs and business goals.
- Oversee the development of technical and operational solution designs that differentiate the organization in competitive bids and proposals.
- Ensure consistency, efficiency, and excellence in solution architecture by establishing best practices, frameworks, and reusable assets for deal execution.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine solution strategies, ensuring they align with evolving market trends, client expectations, and business capabilities.
- Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance on complex deals, shaping the organization's approach to growth and retention through innovative, client-focused solutions.
- Monitor and assess solution performance post-implementation, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and future enhancements.
#LI-AL1 You will be successful in this role if you have:
- 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, bid management, or strategic solutioning within a complex enterprise environment.
- Proven leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing teams in solution design and architecture.
- Strong expertise in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and competitive bids, with a track record of developing winning solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across multiple levels of an organization.
- Deep understanding of business operations, technology, and industry trends to align solutions with client needs and market demands.
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment, supporting bid teams and operational leaders in a solutioning capacity.
- BA/BS degree OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Depth of leadership experience
