The Opportunity:
The role of Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising department Work Cell Team Leaders and production associates, to ensure effective execution of monthly production schedules. Additionally, this role will assist in the development of monthly production schedules and optimization of daily work flow.
Schedule:Monday - Thursday, 6:30am - 3:30pm, Friday 6:30am - 12:30pm

- Supervising safety, productivity and quality for the associated workcell or function.
- Achieving assigned production KPI's and schedules.
- Enforcing all safety and processing procedures.
- Enabling effective communication between management and hourly workers.
- Coaching / motivate employees.
- Manage employee development and training.
- Manage all aspects of employee performance management.
- Participating and leading departmental continuous improvement projects.
- Performing related duties as assigned by management.
- Coordinating with the Planning Group for optimizing throughput of work cells
The talent we want to inspire has...
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred but not required, High School diploma with ten plus years related production experience.
- SAP knowledge a plus.
- Must possess good communication skills.
- Ability to apply good problem-solving skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to perform basic computer functions.
- Must be dependable and reliable.
- Detailed knowledge and experiences of department assembly / build process.
- Detailed knowledge of scheduling parameters and trigger points
- Ability to motivate others to meet demands established by the schedule.
- Ability to multi-task and manage issues across multiply departments.
