Study Supervisor will coordinate care within multiple clinical trials, serving as a point person for patients and their family members. The position consists of working with various departments across the hospital to ensure seamless flow of trial-related activities.

Under general supervision duties include:

- ensure seamless flow of daily trial-related activities, recruitment and clinical assessments of the study subjects

- ensure strict adherence to the study protocols, as well as sponsor, FDA and other regulatory authority requirements.

- develop workflows for clinical trial, including reminders/updates to the clinical team

- coordinates clinical assessments/patient care of the study subjects, e.g. develop workflow for secretaries regarding assessment scheduling, scheduling/arranging assessments with ancillary departments (such as radiology, advanced imaging, pathology, nursing, pharmacy)

- assists with IRB submissions and research billing review

QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Bachelors Degree required
  • 1 year of experience in clinical research required
  • Experience in clinical trials preferred
