About the role

A Senior Technical Delivery Engineer is a role focused onbridging the gap between development and deployment, ensuring smooth delivery of IT and Engineering projects by managing technical aspects of the implementation process, including system integration, configuration, testing, and deployment, while collaborating closely with development teams and stakeholders to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

What you'll be doing

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

System Integration:

  • Integrating various software components and systems to create a cohesive solution, managing dependencies and resolving integration issues.

Deployment Planning:

  • Defining deployment strategies, creating deployment scripts, and managing the release process to production environments.

Technical Implementation:

  • Hands-on configuration and setup of systems, ensuring proper functionality and alignment with project requirements.

Quality Assurance:

  • Collaborating with QA teams to execute testing plans, identify and troubleshoot defects, and ensure high quality software delivery.

Performance Optimization:

  • Monitoring system performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing optimizations to ensure efficient operation.

Technical Documentation:

  • Creating detailed technical documentation for system configurations, deployment procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Communicating technical details to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, managing expectations, and addressing concerns.

Incident Management:

  • Responding to production issues, troubleshooting problems, and coordinating with relevant teams to resolve incidents quickly.
About you

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field; or minimum of 7+ years of related experience. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proficiency in relevant programming languages, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), databases, and system architectures.
  • Understanding of continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, automation tools, and infrastructure as code.
  • Ability to diagnose complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • Clear and concise communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to effectively convey project status and technical details.
  • Ability to manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and track progress against project goals.
  • Working effectively within cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.

The Company will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $53,887 - $98,793. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, key skills, and geographic location.

Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis up to 152 hours a year, 10 Paid Holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
