Health Care Analyst

We're looking for a Health Care Analyst who understands the healthcare industry and can communicate clearly and concisely while developing impactful reports, analyses, and visualizations. What You'll Do:

  • Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions (reports, dashboards, and analyses).
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  • Investigate data trends, uncover insights, and present them in a clear, actionable way.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the growth and evolution of BI tools and strategies within the organization.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management or specialized training/certification in business analytics or equivalent work experience required.
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: Three years of business intelligence developer or related technical experience required. Three years of experience with a programming language required (MS-SQL preferred). Healthcare experience preferred. Experience working with Business Intelligence software programs preferred.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: N/A
