Description: What you'll be doing Another Source's client, Washington State University, is recruiting a Simulation Education Specialist to join their team in Spokane, WA. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in advancing simulation-based education (SBE) within WSU's Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine here: https://medicine.wsu.edu/ About the Role: As the Simulation Education Specialist, you will serve as a leader, innovator, and subject matter expert for simulation-based education. Your role will focus on the development, design, coordination, and implementation of simulation in the curriculum for Graduate Medical Education (GME), Undergraduate Medical Education (UME), Speech and Hearing Sciences (SHS), and Nutrition, Exercise, and Physiology (NEP). Reporting directly to the Assistant Dean for Simulation-Based Education, you will manage simulation curriculum, supervise staff, oversee budgets, and develop program policies. Key Responsibilities:
