THIS OPPORTUNITY IS OPEN ONLY TO CURRENT IRC STAFF IRC Background:The IRC in Northern California was established in 1975 in response to the needs of the growing refugee population. Over the past 47 years the IRC has resettled more than 75,000 clients in Northern California. Originally focused on reception and placement, the IRC now provides a range of services including economic empowerment, immigration, community gardening, and case management for victims of trafficking servicing a wide range of clients. Job Overview:The Development Manager plays a key role in IRC Northern California's Development Team, overseeing the Volunteer & Donations Coordinators across four sites to ensure effective volunteer engagement and in-kind donation management. This role supports the Development Director in fundraising efforts, strategic partnerships, and external communications across the region. The Development Manager also supports the cultivation and stewardship of corporations, faith-based organizations, schools, community-based organizations (CBOs), and other institutional partners to enhance resource development. The IRC and IRC workers must adhere to the values and principles outlined in IRC Way - Standards for Professional Conduct. These are Integrity, Service, Equality and Accountability. Compensation: Posted pay ranges apply to US-based candidates. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget.
